Wont let me login for taxes

You will need to update your system to meet Turbo Tax's minimum requirements; I have provided FAQ's below to advise on what those are:

I've updated my browser but still won't let me log in. Keeps taking me right back to the "need to update page". Please advise. I've actually updated it twice now.
