with William Logan it was suppose to be a joint return but Gwendolyn Logan income was not put in

Did you file yet?  You have to enter all her info and income.  If you filed and it was Accepted you need to amend to add it.

 

You should not amend until the first return has fully processed and you get the first refund or your tax due payment has cleared.
