Will the $25 fee for receiving refund 5 days early based on date IRS says they'll send your refund still apply after IRS announced filing with/through EIC will have your refund sent on March 3rd? So automatically it would arrive 28-29th of February?

So since I payed $25 to receive refund 5 days early; does that mean since  announcement of applying with EIC credit being sent/received March 3rd; anyone who payed the fee should still get it $5 days early from the 3rd?

Yes, the 5 days early means it would be deposited into your account 5 day prior than the IRS release date.  If for some reason your refund is not deposited early as stated, the TurboTax guarantee means you will not be charged for the $25.
