Will intuit full service premier tax prepartion service provide me with a TurboTax data file for my records, not just a PDF of my return?

No ... when you use the FULL service option you are "outsourced" to a third party to have your tax return completed using that party's professional income tax program (not the TT program) so all they can give you is a PDF of the return as the .taxfile from a professional tax program cannot be opened or transfered  into  the TT program next year.
