Why Would I Get W-2c When I Did Not Do Anything?

I hit a page saying I am getting a W-2c from deferring some social security taxes, or something. How on Earth could I have done that? I know I did not go to my company's HR asking for anything. I know I did not personally change anything, because that stuff is beyond me. And, I only used TurboTax to file taxes since the 2000s, and it never told me to change anything with SS. So, how do I find what was changed and how?
Thanks.

Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ for more information. Why am I seeing "Heads up! You have a W-2c coming" while reviewing my return?
