Are you filing as a single filer? Normally you would use the AGI from the original 2020 return--not an amended one (if any.) You didn't mention the rejection error code you received, but if that attempt was rejected due to 2020 AGI not matching (I assume error code IND-031-04), then try efiling using a 2020 AGI of 0 (zero.) A lot of 2020 returns took a long time processing and were not processed into the IRS efile database in a timely fashion, even though it may show up on the transcript. It can't hurt to try.
