Why was I charged $103.99 on 11/07/2019 for Turbo Tax? When I called you, I was told that I would received download instructions and a CD. I received neither. Fraud????

I have only a charge on my credit card.  I have no order number for it to find anything!  Can you please help me get to a "human" to find out what happened?

Having trouble signing in to your TurboTax Advantage account?

Start by clicking the "I forgot my user ID or password" link at TurboTax Advantage (look under the Sign In button). Then, follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your info.

Still having problems?

If the above steps didn't work for you, follow these instructions to recover your "regular" TurboTax login info.

Once you have the info you need, return to TurboTax Advantage and sign in.
