Why is Turbo Tax emailing me every day to finish my taxes when I finished back in February

I've about had it with TurboTax.  I finished my taxes with my registered product back in February, and TurboTax is STILL EMAILING ME to finish my taxes.  Way to pay attention.

 

I mean you already know that I bought a product, you already know that I efiled, you already know that I got my refund, and you STILL EMAIL ME EVERY F******G day to log in and finish my taxes.

 

Please pass this along to marketing and get someone to THINK about who they should be marketing too.  I'm about to delete my TurboTax account and purchase someone else next year BECAUSE YOU WONT LEAVE ME ALONE.

You must also have an online account.  I get several emails for accounts I made to test in.

Can you clarify your question?  Are you trying to track your refund?  If so, please follow the steps in this link.

TurboTax Online and CreditKarma do this to me, too.  I used the same account to register the Desktop product and filed with it, but both CK and Online constantly email me to file my taxes, even though I already filed with Desktop. This has been going on for years.
