Why is my turbo tax fees so high

There is an additional charge for state taxes with all products, except Free Edition. https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

 

Also, if you elect to pay your TurboTax fees with your refund, there is a fee for that as well.

I usually pay maybe 75 to 100 in fees this year i was charged 300 can u check and make sure i wasnt double charged my name is Adella Pride my phone number is [phone number removed] please call me bk and explain
