I’ve paid for my taxes to be processed already. But when I check on this app it says that I need to check for errors and it takes me to my state return. It says to check and make sure all my state numbers are correct but the screen that it brings me to does not have any numbers it’s just the general screen about me and my state.
Since I cannot see your screen, I am not sure of the error that TurboTax is requiring you to fix. In order to assist you, I would need to take a deeper look into your return. However, I need a diagnostic file which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:
