Why is my review of completed tax forms empty, no name, income, etc?

During look over your info one last time before filing, view returns opens PDF. The form shows, but none of my tax information does. I cannot clear & start over because trubotax has already been paid. Can't file blank returns.

Try changing to a different browser.  It sounds like there's something wrong with your PDF viewer, and this may resolve your issue.

Or, here's something you could try:

Open TurboTax, and go to the FILE section.  Even if you've already Efiled, indicate you want to 'Print and Mail' your return.

Save the PDF that comes up  to your computer (don't print it, just save it to your desktop).

Then, open the PDF you saved from your desktop and see if you can print.

Another option is to open your return and 'Add a State'.

Were you able to solve your issue? If you are using the online version, try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.

If not, please call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

Thank you, cleared cache, etc. No change. I've spoken with customer support twice now. No help there. I was told to e-file my returns.  When that didn't change anything then was told to wait 24 hrs and try again.  Twenty-four hours have come and gone, but still no data in the forms.

Are you using the Adobe PDF reader to display the forms?

Or some other PDF reader?

Changing the browser made the difference! Thank you. I don't know why customer support never suggested that over 3 calls. I'm on hold now because the 3rd call was disconnected.

Adobe PDF reader. Changing the browser from Chome to FireFox fixed the issue. Thank you all for your kind responses!
