Why is Form 1095-A montly advance Tax credit showing a zero if amounts are added from Sept through Dec 2023. And all of my information is not in there. Is this correct?

The actual Form 1095-A is issued by your Marketplace where you obtained the health insurance.  If your question directly relates to the amounts on the actual 1095-A form that have been sent to you, you would need to contact them.

 

If you are trying to enter the information from the 1095-A into TurboTax to calculate the Premium Tax Credit, please see this link for guidance to enter the information into your tax return or for the links to contact the applicable marketplace used to obtain your health insurance coverage.  The credit will be calculated based upon your entries.
