Why is every credit card having trouble being authorized, three different cards used accounts and addresses checked for accuracy to no avail

Does the name and address associated with the Credit Card match the name and address on your tax return?

why does it need to match the name on the tax return?  what if I'm preparing multiple family members tax returns?

If you are preparing multiple family returns you can choose to use the CD/Download. One person will  purchase the product, and can prepare 5 different returns. It is different than online version.
