Why I don’t get updates on IRS tools? But turbo tax it’s accepted.

I file January 27 and my returns on the same day but still no update Ma'am, like zero out of 3 bars, i can't even see any bars and saying I might have input incorrect data or information. Is this normal?  How can I check if my federal returns have been really accepted? Thank you.

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
