Why does the "needs review" comment under medical deductions in the deductions section not go away even though I have completed that section?

While I did not have exactly the same problem, I did have a problem with the "needs review" page. Even though I entered the requested information, TurboTax kept returning me to the same window. I resolved the issue by calling TurboTax for help. The representative gave me the number of a tax expert, so I called her. She was fantastic, taking me quickly through the TurboTax pages to remove a 1099-R that should not have been there. Ditto for a problem with another form. So, call the help desk, and either the representative will help you directly, or, for more difficult problems, you should get the number of one of their tax experts.
