I am unable to view the resolution, i keep getting Denied. Can someone type the resolution so i can complete my 2020 taxes.

Unfortunately...they sometimes remove the FAQ a few weeks after it gets fixed...if you are not using the "Free" version, call Customer Support on the phone:
