Why can't I put items in its deductible? The "Men's clothing" link is there, but when I click on it, there are no list of items. Do I need to reload Turbo Tax?

I am figuring my father's taxes (He died in August). I put a list of things he had donated last year before his death, and I got it tied to the wrong Charity, So, I deleted the entire list, except for the cash. Now it will not allow me choices as to what was donated. How can I reload It's Deductible?

Can't totally answer the question, but It's deductible has been messed up by Turbo-Tax.  I couldn't download it because my passwords were different and I couldn't start another one because my email was the same and I couldn't cancel it either.  Total nightmare.
