Why can't i e-file one or more formats?

I selected e-file Federal and mail MA state return due to tax exempt government pension and it won't transmit either with no reason - has anyone had this happen?

This should not be an issue.

 

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
