Why are forms 8582 p1, 8889-T, and Schedule E p1 still unavailable?

Why are forms 8582 p1, 8889-T, and Schedule E p1 still unavailable?

I've been ready to file for a while now but Turbotax is saying I can't file because these forms aren't available yet. It doesn't even give an estimated date it just says Ready Soon. With less than 4 weeks left before taxes are due this is very troubling that TurboTax doesn't have all the forms ready.  The IRS website shows these forms as available.

Anyone know when these forms will be ready?

All of the forms you mentioned are available.

TurboTax Online automatically updates the website when the forms become available.

In TurboTax CD/Download, you will be prompted to download any updates available when you open the program.  You can also update the program while you have it open by following these steps:

  1. Click on the Online link in the black bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click on Check for Updates.
  3. TurboTax will download and install any updates available.  If there aren't any updates, you will receive the message "Your software is up to date."

If you are having trouble getting updates, a TurboTax customer, Thor88, offers this solution:

I use Windows 10 x64, so on the TurboTax shortcut icon on my computer desktop I right clicked and chose the option to 'Troubleshoot Compatibility', and I chose to run the program as Administrator. That seems to have solved this, as a successful update ensued.

8582 p2 is veiwable and printable from ‘Form’ viewer.   But save or print from step by step prints/saves blank,  I need to be certain that when i e-file, p2 data gets transmitted, not blank page.   How could i be certain?

i tried update several times and each time it says my 2019 TT Business is to date. No change.   please help.

I'm glad to hear they are available, but if that is the case then the issue is Turbo Tax isn't updating.  When I run an update check it returns "Your software is up to date."

I tried manually installing the update and it says Turbo Tax isn't installed on my computer it seems like something is wrong with your update system.
