Why am I stuck at the "Select your payment method" page. The form takes all my details but doesn't proceed when I hit "Continue". No errors on the page?

Maybe you are waiting for some forms.  Click Review to see if you are missing some forms needed in order to e-file.

 

Many federal and state forms are not yet available.  Check here for form availability. The dates are subject to change.

 

Tax form availability tool,

 

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29.   And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.

 

Another thing to check—make sure the address on your tax return and the address on your method of payment match each other.

No missing forms everything is complete. You can't file state until the 18th but thats also already taken care of on the app, turbo saves the information and files them on the 18th. Everything is complete and it accepts all my payment info and says I'm approved for the advance but when it completes that step and tries to move forward with the last and final step it just goes back and doesn't move forward. It's definitely some sort of glitch. I've tried on the browser and the app
