Why am I redirected the Intuit security when I try to pay for my state efile by credit card?

The system asks for my billing information and when I click continue it takes me to the Intuit Privacy/Security site.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

This was a giant pain for me.  It kept saying payment didn't go through.  You essentially are buying a second state turbo tax (for me it was Colorado).  You then have to pay for that turbo tax and for your state taxes to be e filed. I finally got to a payment window but it had to be repeated one time.  When you get to the credit card payment window and enter information, you are almost there.  Pay for the efile of the state return and you are done!.
