Please try the below troubleshooting if you are receiving a "undefined" error upon e-filing:
1. In the sidebar on the left select "Intuit Account"
2. Select Products & Billing
3. Select TurboTax (It will say Turbo Tax Online to the left
4. Select "Go To My TurboTax"
This should offset it and allow you to move freely through the features.
