I purchased TurboTax Deluxe with one free State download. I worked in WA and OR. It gives me a "free" download for WA but is charging $45 for OR state download. The problem is that there is no WA state tax for individuals and therefore I do not need a WA state download. I want my only State download to be OR without a charge (because I paid for the Deluxe edition).
