I'm trying to pay, so step 1. As I am trying to file from abroad I can only mail but that choice is in step 3, which I can't reach. I tried cleaning history (data & catch), logged in & out, used a different browser. I called Turbo Tax they didn't help at all. I've been trying to pay so I can file, I used 2 different cards both from account in US (as it's required). Cards which I have used here before, so there is no "block" as I'm abroad. I don't know what else to try.
