After I completed a call with a TurboTax Live expert, I received an email that read: “Your expert just sent you a new message about your return. To check your messages and respond, sign in to your TurboTax account.” I clicked on the link provided and logged into my account, but I don’t see any place to find or respond to messages.
I'm using the desktop software for which I purchased Live Help. If I click on Live Help in the desktop software, the only option it gives me is to request a call from an expert. There's no option there for entering a question, selecting continue or selecting Chat.
When I log in online to either my TurboTax or Intuit accounts, there are no option there to find a message or start a chat either.
Again, I received an email saying the expert sent me a message and the link in that email just takes me to my online TurboTax account, so I'm not sure where this message that was supposedly sent to me is sitting.
Anyway, I set up a call but seems like a waste of the Expert's time for such a simple question as simple as how do I find the message supposedly sent to me by the expert after my last call.
