For your Federal return, see the following for the mailing address:

https://www.irs.gov/filing/new-mexico-where-to-file-addresses-for-taxpayers-and-tax-professionals

For your State return:

Mail refund returns and returns without a payment attached to:

NM Taxation and Revenue Dept
PO Box 25122
Santa Fe, NM  87504-5122

Mail returns with a payment and voucher attached or payments and vouchers without a return to:

NM Taxation and Revenue Dept
PO Box 8390
Santa Fe, NM  87504-8390

A payment voucher is included when you owe taxes.  A payment voucher for your State should printout when you print your return.  If not, you can print a payment voucher at the following website

https://www.tax-brackets.org/newmexicotaxforms/form-pit-pv

If you owe Federal taxes, you would just send in the check with your Federal return.

If you do not owe taxes you do not need a payment voucher.

I don't have a payment voucher for New Mexico taxes. Where do I get one?

There are different steps to follow to print forms for your filed state tax return in TurboTax depending if your federal tax return has already been accepted with the IRS or not.

Please see this TurboTax FAQ to print your tax return you filed this year (the return will need to be accepted): How do I get a copy of a return I filed this year in TurboTax Online?

If it has not been accepted follow these steps:

  1. Sign into TurboTax if you haven't already.
  2. On the Tax Home screen, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.
  3. In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.
  4. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.
  5. On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2020 state tax returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.

Here you can select to print the payment voucher.
