After I filed my tax extension in my intuit account, I only received an approval email, but I also need the IRS tax extension form.

Login to the account that you used to file the extension
Go to Tax Tools
At the print screen, follow instructions to pay for TurboTax and then you will be able to print the extension.

No one else has access to your account or your tax forms.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Now after I input some personal info, I can "Tax Tools" on the left menu, and then "Print Center".
I clicked "Print, save or preview this year's return" button, it took me to the page "Complete My Return".
At this point, the page only allows me to complete a full tax return, and I still don't see my tax extension, which was filed in March 2024, anywhere on the pages.
I do have two intuit accounts, and I tried both, and neither of them showed me the extension form 4868.
What should I do at this point? Thanks!
Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

You must have an another account that you filed the extension with. Your name and personal information would be there and not need to add them again. Your extension will not be in an account without your information already being there. Use the account recovery process to see what accounts you have created.
Use the Chrome browser even if you have to download it. Clear browsing data for all time. Then log in and see if you can get to the page where you pay. You might have to upgrade to Deluxe if you are in the free version. You need to have a paid version to print the extension.
