Where are estimated tax vouchers for printing when TurboTax uses 1040-SR instead of 1040-ES?

TurboTax decided to use 1040-SR instead of 1040-ES so I did not get vouchers OR calculations of estimated taxes with my return.  Even when I went back through Tax Tools and selected Add State to have TurboTax calculate 2022 estimated taxes, although it gave estimated tax numbers, I still could not locate where to print any vouchers to send with payments to the IRS.

Form 1040-ES can be added to either Form 1040 or Form 1040SR.

To print your estimated vouchers:

1. Open you return, select Federal.
2. Click on Other Tax Situations toward the upper right corner.
3. Expand the list and find Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes, click Start or Revisit to the right.
4. Answer No to the question Do you want to change your W-4 withholdings for 2022?
5. Select Review on the next screen.
6. Answer the questions about your 2022 filing status, expected income, and deductions.
7. On the screen titled, Which Method? Select one of the 2022 options, not the first option.
8. When you come to the Print Vouchers? Screen, answer Yes and the program will include your 2022 1040-ES payment vouchers when you print a copy of your return later.
