When will I receive my Turbo Tax disc and download.

I checked questions like mine but still have not found when i will get my turbo tax disc and download.

I paid for my turbo tax program in November 2019 and still have not received it.

If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
