When using code, there is no space for the last number, if you put the last number in you can only download for Mac. The windows option is blacked out. What now?

Paid for two codes already. Went through Fidelity who offered a discount.

Called them. Waited an hour, got someone. Couldn't answer question. Promised to call us back. Never did.
