When submitting for a scheduled appointment, is it set in my own local time frame or is it set in another time zone?

I'm submitting from time zone GMT +9 (South Korea) and I'm not sure if the system is giving me a time for my local time or if its set in another time zone, not just this but I have a Korean phone number but it wont let me set it to a Korean number. Currently on tour overseas.

I don't believe anyone from TurboTax will phone an overseas number.   On your end, can you phone 800 numbers in the USA (some countries don't allow it.)   If so, you could phone TurboTax Support for assistance in finding out how to handle your situation.  Be aware there may be phone charges from overseas, and you could be on hold at times quite a while.   I'll also tell you below how you can use messaging at Twitter (X) or Facebook to message a TurboTax Support agent.

 

Support hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific, every day this time of year.
