When I try to import from it's deductible, I can an error that the account doesn't exist but I am able to log in and view my entries using the same username and password.

Why will TurboTax Deluxe not let me import from It's Deductible?  When I enter my username and password in TurboTax, I get an error message that the account doesn't exist or is not found.  I know the account is still active because when I use the same username and password on the website, I am able to log in and view my entries.

Please make sure your TurboTax software is updated to the most recent version and see if that resolves the issue. The below TurboTax Help article provides the steps to follow.

Thanks for the reply.  My TurboTax software automatically updates every time I open it.  I have tried repeatedly to import from It's Deductible by using both the "import" dropdown under "file" and going to the step-by-step to open Charitable Contributions where I am prompted to import from It's Deductible.  I get the same error message each time "No user found or no user data available".  However, I am able to log into my account on the It's Deductible website using the same username and password, and I can see all the charitable contributions I have already entered for 2022.
