When I try to e-file my Oregon return, it keeps saying I need an apt #. My address doesn't have an apt #. What do I do?

If it is asking for an Apartment number, try typing N/A in the Apartment number field. This should allow you to continue your tax return.

my customer does not have an apt number, but when he previews his OR return is shows the address as "apt n/a"?  will this effect his efiling? he wants to make sure before filing...

Go to left navigation pane>My Info

Scroll down to your address

Click into the Apartment field with "N/A"

Click Ctrl+A to highlight all characters in the Apartment field and press the Delete key multiple times.

You may have a phantom blank space in the field.

If you are still getting the error, I recommend entering "_", the underscore, in the field if you do not want "N/A."

If there are still issues, try opening your program in Chrome if you are not already in that browser or
