When I log into my credit karma account I see a message saying to complete and file my taxes but I did that almost a week ago. Is credit karma automatically linked?

When I log into my credit karma account I see a message saying to complete and file my taxes but I did that almost a week ago. Is credit karma automatically linked to TurboTax? I was approved for a refund advance as well but I also get a message saying no refund advance information can be found. Is this because the irs has not accepted my return yet?
