I purchased a Standard copy of Intuit Turbotax from Costco and I can not find the standard version to download and receive error code 606 fron the version I did download. Can you assist ?
The suggestion of the TurboTax expert I talked to, was to take my copy of Turbotax to Costco and return or exchange it for another copy. Is that the only way to resolve this error 606 issue?
Is anyone here doing a Canada return? Standard is a Canadian version. So you might be trying to install the USA version? This is the USA forum.
When I enter Turbotax License code to activate Turbotax, I get error code 606. I have entered the license code correctly. How can I fix this issue?

The license code that was issued to you is not working. You should return this product to the point where you purchased it and request a new one or download the product direct from TurboTax.

That code means you are entering an invalid license code.
Make sure enter exactly the 16-character combination of letters and numbers you received for the license code.

I found out it’s not ment for lap top or computer I took mine back and purchased off website for turbo tax.
