When changing my password turbotax keeps saying we've hit a snag what is causing this

A customer service representative at 1-800-4-INTUIT was able to help me resolve this issue. To reach a person say "No" to the automated "Shall I send you a password reset email?" prompt. Then say "Speak to representative".

The representative was able to email me a DIFFERENT personalized password reset link. 

Old link which did not work https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/account-recovery.html?...

New link which did work https://accounts.intuit.com/csr-confirm-password-reset.html?...

Those links will not wok unless customized. I guess you will need to call to get a personalized link.

Also, with the customer service rep on a CoBrowse session to see my screen, I had to force quit turbotax and restart it again to get out of the un-cancellable dialog box which was not allowing me to login for another 15 minutes.  Good luck!

I'm receiving the same freaking message!!! I've changed my password and still it's saying the same thing. TT needs to get it together, or people are going to stop using this software. i can't efile because of this nonsense!!
