What is this new turbotax live nonsense. It's awful!

TurboTax Live is not new. It has been available for a number of years now. You can still use the do-it-yourself online software, or you can choose to get one on one help from a tax expert if you use one of the "Live" versions. It sounds like you would prefer not to use "Live." Did you stray into it by accident?
