What is the difference in Deluxe and Deluxe Live? Can I still have my taxes reviewed before submitting with just Deluxe? What is the cost if I need to submit 2 states?

Deluxe Live provides live help and a review by a CPA.   You do not get a review if you just use "regular" Deluxe.
