It’s giving me the same error. Because of “Underwriter” I’m thinking maybe it has to do with the banks not being open to approve the Advance Loan? Not sure but that’s all I can come up with and researching it is no help
I noticed that I am getting this error as well since I tried to efile at 11:30 last night and has continued into the day today.

It’s a scam to get you to buy the live advice thing. I’ve been trying to file for almost a day and the AI keeps telling me I have to talk to someone. But I can’t talk to someone unless I pay another 59.99 on top of all the other fees. I will never use turbo tax again. I can’t believe I wasted this much time on this.
UPDATE: I have called TurboTax customer service and the rep I spoke with state that they have never seen that error message before and I spent over 30 minutes on the call with them researching to figure out what it is. In the end they said they were going to send it to their IT to see if it was a technical glitch with their system or not. But it seems like calling customer service is not going to help because they don’t know what it is.
I’ve called multiple times and chatted with a rep and they are unfamiliar. It has not been helpful. They said it may be because of Credit Karma and the refund advance.
Did you try from a computer? Just asking because they asked me to try but I don't have one
Just got off the phone with Turbotax customer service. The reason for that error is Turbotax is no longer issuing refund advances. So you have to change the refund method and just have it deposited.
Same issue here. Searched around for about 30 minutes and only see resorts from the past couple of days so it must be a new problem.

I guess if this error were resolved it wouldn’t really matter for us since it will be the 28th by that point.
e: I should add that the above screenshot is exactly what I was seeing as well. Tried about 5-6 times spread out over the day.
You'd think if it were no longer an option they would have taken it off. I'm getting the same exact error on my laptop and phone.
Have you figured this out or how to move past it and still-keep the advance option? Im gettting the same errror!
Nope I just did the 5 days early option even tho it was still telling me I qualified for an advance.
