What does it mean on tpg under amount received has all Orange zeros

Can you elaborate? What do you mean by tpg? What version of the software are you using?

Stpg is the bank that TurboTax users can uses if you do not have the cash in your account to pay TurboTax right away. 

I was just curious what the orange zeros were at the bottom. That says refund received.

Since that website belongs to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, you will have to contact them about anything you are seeing on their site.  In the upper right corner of the screen, there is a Submit a Request button that you can use to contact them.  It appears that you could possibly take a screenshot of what you are seeing and provide that as an attachment.
