What can I do? Payment screen froze when electronic filing. Can't scroll down to see bottom of page. Can't X out of program. Only takes me to Terms of Service login?

If you have not already done so, log out of your account.

Clear the cookies, see the three dots at the top right if you are using Google Chrome, and try again.

This should resolve your issue.
