If you want to navigate to a different section of TurboTax Online, move your cursor over the dark/gray menu area at the left side of your screen. Click on Wages and Income, or another section, and you should be able to resume working on your return.
If this doesn't work, you may need to log out of the program (choose Sign Out from the left side bar) and back in. Or, log out, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in.
