W2, Box 14, Railroad Taxes, RRT1 "it looks like you're due a refund from your employer"

Hello All, I have RRT1 & RRT2 correctly entered in to TurboTax, but I'm getting a message about RRT1 that says "it looks like you're due a refund from your employer."  The message goes on to say "amount we calculated, 0 - excess withheld $6810.  I'm not getting any messages like this for RRT2 that I entered in box 14 right under RRT1.  Do I need to do anything further with this, or just ignore the message? (!!!)  Thank you, Lee

Community users DawnC0 and KarenJ2 posted the solution to your W-2, Box 14, RRT1 issue at this link.  I've copied the solution here for your convenience:

ADD another line 14 entry with the same amount as in Box 1 Wages. Select code - "Railroad Compensation." Code RR

You received the error message because the amount on Line 14 is greater than allowed, but entering the above information will allow your railroad income to be properly reported.

Thank you!  I'll look at that in a few minutes.

Do I leave the existing entries I put in box 14?  There were codes somewhere in TT for RRT1 and RRT2, that was what I used.  Again, there was no message at all for the RRT2 code / entry.

Yes, you will leave the entries you put into box 14.
