Using TurboTax 2021 for Mac, can't transfer 2020 file in, doesn't find it

Hi, I have been using TurboTax for years and when I begin it always finds my file from last year to transfer in.  This time, it is not finding my file.  Even when I search for it, and hit "transfer" nothing happens.  This is very annoying as I don't want to retype all of the basic information.  I thought maybe the 2020 file was the problem, so I opened it up in 2020 TurboTax App and duplicated it to a new file.  Still no go.  When I click on the file to transfer in 2021 app, nothing happens. No error, nothing.  

 

I have already submitted a tech ticket by calling support, but haven't heard anything back.  I would love some help from others who are facing this problem.  I will note that TurboTax decided to make it much harder to use this year by making the OS requirements quite high.  I had to upgrade the whole computer.  Before you ask, I did reinstall the app after the upgrade.

Thank you for responding.  I am using the CD version of the software.  I tried the link and updated my password, but my email address hasn't changed in more than 10 years, so that isn't it.  Do you have any other thoughts?  I truly believe that it is a mistake in the system probably because this upgrade is using a higher level of OS system.  I hope that the programming people at Intuit will fix it soon.  I do not want to have to retype all my information.

Thanks, I did a week ago and still have no answer.  I gave up.  I can't wait on the company to fix their TurboTax software.  I started over.  It was time consuming not to have the transfer, but I will make it work.  Disappointing.
