URGENT: Turbotax update now won't open tax file or backup

As usual, TurboTax insists on updating every time you open it. However, this time it refuses to open the existing file and advises me to open the backup file, which it then also refuses to open. Error 102345 both times.

 

WTF? Do I have to start completely over?
