Update not working I have tried to update the software at the end of the federal return it is not working . I tried downloading the update from the help menu not working

cant get around the prompt at the end of federal return.

Tried downloading Schedule E (Form 1040) page1.  A message keeps coming up as " We found an error in your return.  The error being schedule E with a red note DO NOT FILE.
