Under “Your State Returns” on TTO it says “Transfer Complete” and “Next, we’ll...” but where are the buttons to continue and why is nothing happening?

The page says:

Transfer Complete
We’ve successfully transferred your federal information. You don’t have to start your state return from scratch.
Next, we’ll hunt for state-specific tax savings for you.
*Important offer details and disclosures

The last thing is a link to a pop-up, but clicking it only has what you’d think, and the only option is to close the pop-up.

Nothing is happening, and I can’t do anything. I just want to finish my taxes!
