Customer Support was useless. I could never get connected to technical support
I fixed the problem. I tried just uninstalling and installing TurboTax but that didn't work. I had to uninstall, then search my C: drive for any reference to TurboTax and delete those files. I then had to review my registry for TurboTax entries and delete them. After that, I re-installed TurboTax and it currently is working.
