Unable to file due to Ready Soon message. Is it valid or not?

It is almost March. Why are these forms not available yet? Or am I just having software issues that can be resolved on my own? TT Home&Biz

Thank you

Uninstall 2019 TTX and then reinstall it from scratch.  IF you initially used a downloaded installation file...get a NEW download, since the new installation files have a whole lot of changes already included.   Then run and internal update for it after the Federal is installed, and THEN install the state again with a test file..before attempting to re-open your current Real file.

Uninstalling does not remove your tax files form you tax folder, but after re-installing, you will have to browse-to them the first time you open them the first time.

The Federal form 6781 has been ready for some time now:

Save your tax file, Shut down TTX...then download and install the "Manual Update"

Even after that, run the internal Software update after you restart the TTX software...to see if NE updates too.

IF the NE software is still popping up as not ready, then try the following Fix-it file directed solely at states:

The patch did not work. When I execute it I eventually get the following turbotax popup

"TurboTax 2019 is not installed. Please install TurboTax 2019 first and then re-run this update"

TT is installed. I even opened it and closed again then tried to run patch again.

My version is TT Home&Biz 2019 for Windows 10.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you
