Turbotax told me to contact them because my 2018 return was rejected. What do we do now?

If your tax return was rejected, you should have receive an ACTION NEEDED! email in your inbox. In the email, it will list the reject code along with a description. Please see an example of this email in the attachment below. In this example, the reject code is IND-525. what if I no longer have access to the email that I had received the rejection email at. where else might I find the code?
